Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Re-scheduling  & Lateness Policy ​*Please choose a lesson time that suits you best and that you are happy to commit to, as you will be charged the full price of your lesson if you cancel/re-schedule within 48 hours (2 days notice) of your lesson.​ ​*If you arrive late for your lesson (online or in person) it cannot be assumed that I will be able to over-run for you- (e.g. If you arrive 15mins late -your lesson may only be 45 mins long) and you may still be charged the full hours rate. *Any recordings taken during the lesson are for personal reference purposes- they are prohibited to be shared, sold or published publically via the internet or any other means. ​The cancellation fee is in place regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Please understand that these policies are in place to allow regular lessons to take place for you and all the clients Sacha works with.
